Andrew Bernhard is a litigation attorney in Miami, Florida. He owns and manages Bernhard Law Firm PLLC, a business and finance litigation firm in downtown Miami. Andrew Bernhard represents businesses and consumers in their real estate, banking, finance, and commercial disputes.

Prior to establishing Bernhard Law Firm PLLC, Andrew Bernhard litigated banking, finance, commercial, and real estate disputes at the law firm Rivero Mestre LLP. Andrew Bernhard represented international banking and finance institutions in complex commercial lawsuits. Andrew Bernhard has also worked under United States Federal Magistrate Judge Edwin G. Torres, and at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office.

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Andrew Bernhard has also lived and worked in Milan, Italy; Buenos Aires, Argentina; San Jose, Costa Rica; and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Andrew Bernhard has traveled to nearly 50 countries on five continents, working for such companies as Repsol, BASF, American Express, Pfizer, and Phillips.

Andrew Bernhard graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law, garnering the CALI Excellence Award for international litigation skills, the John F. Evans Memorial Scholarship for excellence in litigation skills, and honors in Business Associations and Litigation Skills. Andrew Bernhard’s professors named him a Dean’s Fellow for his aptitude in Constitutional Law, Property, and Legal Research and Writing.
